Role in the Project

• Surveying Institutional Economics (Old and New) and its pertinence for WP1.
• Building a typology of conflicts/convergence of interests between producer states, IOCs, NOCs regarding the question of access to natural resources (mainly oil and gas).
• Leading a comparative analysis of the main institutional and contractual aspects in their ability to promote cooperation beyond conflicts.
