Skills/Experience

Koen Groot joined the Clingendael International Energy Programme in December 2011. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies as well as one in International Relations, both from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). His research focused on energy related topics, respectively from geopolitics and Chinese-Russian-Iran National Oil Companies to corporate political behavior in the Dutch clean energy sector.
